Future Leaders Program 2026

About this Program

Future Leaders Program 2026 is a two-day immersive leadership experience designed specifically for –2 / –3 leaders preparing for senior roles. This is not a skills course. It is a leadership transition program

Why Now

The cost of under-prepared leadership at the –2 / –3 level shows up later as failed promotions, leadership churn, engagement decline, and strategic execution gaps. Future Leaders Program addresses these risks before they surface.

  • Succession candidates.
  • Functional leaders preparing for a broader enterprise scope.
  • Organization strengthening their leadership bench.

The Difference

  • Focuses on judgment, influence, identity, and decision-making
  • Integrate case studies, reflection, and enterprise thinking

Program Outcomes

Participants leave with stronger enterprise judgment, increased confidence influencing across functions, a clearer leadership identity, tools to sustain performance without burnout, and a 90-day leadership action plan.
